The Tools in the Repertoire Builder provides you with powerful ways to analyze, explore, and improve your chess. They connect to online services like Lichess and Chess.com, import your own games and PGNs, and deliver focused insights into your play. From building reference trees and scouting players to tracking time usage and opening priorities, these tools help you study smarter and target what matters most.

Tool Why Use This Tool
Reference Tree Create a reference database from Lichess, Chess.com, or PGN files. Compare your lines with theory, manage imports and exports, and use it throughout the Repertoire Builder.
User Scout Analyze any player’s games. Import from Lichess or Chess.com to reveal their favorite openings, performance trends, and habits — or scout yourself for improvement.
Time Usage Analysis See where you spend the most time in your games. Identify long thinks, quick moves, and decision patterns to improve your time management.
Opening Priorities Find which openings slow you down. Highlight early-game time sinks to focus your study where it counts most.
Tip: Tools can be combined with your repertoires and libraries to reveal deeper insights into your play and progress.
