The Position Overview card provides a high-level snapshot of the current board position, showing how many of your repertoires, library items, and reference trees contain it. From here, you can quickly navigate to related repertoire lines or library entries. It serves as a central overview, helping you understand how the current position connects across all your data.
For the current position, the card displays the possible next moves, highlighting them in green if they already exist in your opened item. Each move shows the number of repertoires, library items, and reference tree games it appears in, as well as the total combined count. You can click the ▼ (down arrow) next to a move to expand it and view the specific repertoires and library items where it appears. Clicking on any of these entries takes you directly to that item, allowing you to explore how the position and its continuations are represented throughout your data.
This feature helps you:
- + See how the current position is distributed across repertoires, libraries, and reference trees
- + Identify where specific positions and continuations appear in your study material
- + Click to instantly navigate to repertoires or library items containing the position
- + Use the expanded view to trace relationships and overlaps between your data sources
- + Gain a unified understanding of how each position fits into your broader preparation
